Execution
Snyxius worked with this innovative founder to change the way realtors submit offers to properties. Snyxius created a beautiful and easy to use iPhone & Android app that allows realtors to easily prepare contract work and submit offers to properties from within the app. The app is integrated with the MLS system and allows agents to search and pull the properties using address or MLS ID. Agents can have their buyers sign the contract work through Wind.ly and can also submit offers to the Title Company. The entire process is seamless and eliminates the need to do manual contract preparation and get signatures from buyer.
